A 6-storey office complex with 1 basement development by the Reserve Bank of Malawi Pension Fund Design. The building comprises of high-tech finishes, solar farm and rain water harvesting systems. Ground floor has serviced boardrooms, a banking hall, a gym and a food court that spills over to the outdoors with a water park themed food court which is crowned by a cantilevered waterfall from the building.
